"Hide Park Boyana" is going to be located in one of the most attractive quarters in the capital - Boyana quarter, "Gurdova glava" area, situated at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, far away from the traffic and the noise, and only few minutes away from the main road - Bulgaria Blvd.
The project
A luxurious residential complex "Apartment House" type with an area of 12 119 sq.m. "Hide Park Boyana" will include two four storey buildings with four separate entrances, each of them with a lobby, 24-hours security and video-surveillance. There are going to be built no other residential or commercial buildings around the complex, which makes it a quiet and cosy place for living. The green area is around 2000 sq.m. and there will be a children playground and a luxurious SPA centre built. An underground parking lot with 11 parking places is also going to be built.
The project will provide 66 apartments, 34 two-bedroom and 32 one-bedroom ones with an area from 60 to 120 sq.m. All of them have a spacious balcony and a view to Vitosha Mountain and Sofia.
